Dr. Katie Johnson
Dr. Katie Johnson is an Illinois native who began her work in the veterinary field in high school working at her local animal hospital as an assistant and kennel worker.
She continued to pursue her dream of becoming a veterinarian by graduating from the University of Illinois College of Veterinary Medicine in 2009.
Dr. Johnson focuses her clinical skills in surgery but still enjoys the everyday challenge of preventative and internal medicine. In her off time, Dr. Johnson has special interesting in working with
wildlife and exotic species.
Arbor and all of the staff are simply amazing. Everyone I’ve met there is incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and helpful. From teeth cleaning to vaccinations to hard to treat diseases, Arbor has been amazing for us and our pooch.
